What To Do If Gas Left On Stove
slave trade
today and 'a very sad day. In the company began heavy layoffs. between 15 and 20 percent of people will be left at home by year's end. Yesterday, the managers have begun communications with individuals. My boss called me to tell me that my position was confirmed, not bad ... but in the meantime I have lost several colleagues. There are no unions or labor negotiations in the room, when the company decides you're out in days or weeks. It 's all very efficient, but how sad.

November 11: I remember the Great War
Today November 11 and 'Remembrance Day, a day commemorating the end of World War I observed throughout Canada and the countries of the Commonwealth. Remembrance Day and 'now dedicated to all fallen military killed during the war, and in the tradition established by King George V celebrated two minutes of silence at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month because that was the time (in the United Kingdom and France) when the armistice became effective. Before 1945 the silence was for one minute.

| Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Ottawa in the Remembrance Day poppies blanket |
In Canada, Remembrance Day (also known as Poppy Day by chosen as a symbol of the poppy) is a holiday for federal government employees, while private companies, provincial governments and schools, its status varies from province to province. Schools usually hold assemblies for the first half of the day or the day before, with several presentations about the memory of the war dead. Thousands of people gather near the National War Memorial in Ottawa. Among the crowd of war veterans, some in wheelchairs, pay tribute to the sailors, soldiers and airmen died.
poppy and 'the symbol of this Armistice Day and memory and some days lots of people if you pinned to your lapel. There 's a very strong participation by all social and religious services and commemorations will take place today throughout the country.
The relationship between the poppy and Remembrance Day comes from the poem "In Flanders Fields", Canadian medical officer John McCrae . The poppy emblem was chosen because these flowers bloomed on the battlefields of Flanders in the First World War. Their red color is an appropriate symbol for the bloodshed of trench warfare. A French woman named Madame E. Guérin introduced the now widespread use of artificial poppies distributed today.
Many celebrations are held the second Sunday of November. For Christians there is an overlap created by an appropriate coincidence of the Remembrance Day with the feast of St. Martin of Tours, a saint famous for giving up the military life for the peaceful resolution of Monaco. For this reason statues associated with St. Martin are sometimes used as a symbol for Remembrance Day in religious contexts (eg, the Anglican Cathedral of Montreal).

The Gardiner and 'the highway that runs through Toronto.
announced some time to work were to close today from 18 am to .
All the Canadians were prepared to wait in line to the alternative route, Lakeshore Drive, which runs parallel.
The Gardiner was to reopen at 18, but already 'a little after 14 perc was horrible in one direction and 15 in another. Educated to respect the rules, Canadians have made the tail on the Lakeshore (I saw with my own eyes), while Gardiner was open and empty.
From direct taxi to the airport after a bit of tail I told the driver to enter the freeway because it was viable. He told me that was was closed until 18, but when I indicated that it was already 'open (in the section where you can see parallels), and' remaining salt, and then fearful and unbelieving, muttering that he followed the advice maybe it was not open access and therefore 'would try the next entry. Instead, and then 'started running happily as he watched the others on Lakeshore Drive in the queue ....

Taxi Travel in Canada (But also in the United States and in many other countries) is not a luxury or squander as seems to be in Italy.
Examples: - the first shot in Toronto is $ 4 (about 3 €) and begins when the passenger enters the cab (even if it is called via radio taxi) and e 'regardless of the time (day or night) or holidays'.
- in Milan, the initial cost of the service differs between daytime weekdays (€ 3) day holiday (5.10 €, why?) And night (6.10 €) but in reality 'this is the rate that you only pay if you go by car (or train station or airport). Radiotaxi calling on the phone, the meter starts when the taxi leaves the park (wherever) and sometimes comes with doorstep already '6-8 € riser.
Pearson A ride from the airport to the city center 'costs $ 50 (including tip, little more' than 37 €) from Malpensa to Milan costs € 85. By departing from airports in Lombardy and the fixed minima '12 €, including the target nearby ... .. MAH!
Milan to pay by credit card have to do stunts, wait in line at the airport / train station until 'is up to the taxi driver who accepts the card, or by calling radiotaxi must specify and expect more' long (and then pay even more ').
in Toronto all taxis accept credit cards and it 's never a problem to arise.
For the elderly (> 65 years), many taxi companies offer carnet with 10-15% discount on rates, but for anyone who uses it frequently and 'can do also charge monthly subscriptions with credit card or current and significant discounts.
In the end, even for the short and the Taxi 'a convenient and affordable, there are parking lots scattered around the city taxi' at strategic points (also close to museums or attractions such as towns), but it ' You can also take a car to fly in the street, simply raising his hand. Turn your own car sometimes costs more 'or less whereas it' almost impossible to park on the street and they need to go multi-park (which is a standard), where a few hours now easily cost 15-20 dollars.

Extreme Genital Tattoos And Piercings
Thursday will be 'in building the store manager with some examples of fruit, vegetables, bread and delicacies Sale Longo. In Toronto it is an institution, the most 'important
small family-run chain of supermarkets. There are about 20 shops in the city 'and the Longo family handles them in the wake of the traditions laid down by the founder Joe Longo, who died some years ago.
What is most 'important' the freshness of the products that the family should choose each day directly to the general market to supply all stores. Something absolutely opposed to the big chain stores where food comes from no one knows where.

Longo's Friday 'evening IKEA: The world and 'country
S taser way home I stopped at IKEA that you see on the highway.
S taser way home I stopped at IKEA that you see on the highway.
And 'one of the three stores that are in Toronto, exactly the same as that in Italy there are and a bit' all over the world. The only differences are that they learn foreign languages and that the restaurant and 'much more' basic '.
But first things first: the shop and 'organized just like in Italy, it seems the same sequence of furniture, sofas, couches, kitchens etc, etc, with the market area on the ground floor assolutammente identical to those you know.
Even the names of the items are identical, the labels, the location, matching the library with Billy Tudra the table (or whatever it's called) and so 'on. The crowds that swarm the aisles and 'of all races and how they feel about that all the foreign languages are at home in Toronto.
Families with children, couples looking for new home furnishings, who browse singles, older people who seem to sit down on couches and try to remember 'cause I'm coming.
The Children's Paradise (identical) and 'busy as families turn to the catalog in hand, the yellow duffel bag for purchases, inevitable and pencils.
few words about the restaurant is decidedly more 'subdued and little of that, for example Carugate. There ' salmon with round boiled potatoes and aromatic sauce, Swedish meatballs (they give you $ 5 for 15 and 99 accompanied by a little too inviting), but also unlikely that a fish 'n chips. The menu 'for children is limited to "macaroni and cheese and little else. The inevitable cesar salad with grilled chicken (but it 's Swedish?) And a plate of hummus with vegetables for $ 4.99 (this is not' definitely Swedish) .
The restaurant, in Italy we made better with a little 'more' care in the service and variety 'of dishes. Curiosity ': The bargain corner is located just to the right of the crates (Where else') here is called "As Is" 'cause that takes them', and 'so' as found.
As in all department stores in Canada there are a considerable number of branches "Return & Refund" where if you change your mind, do not you explain what you do not and 'good or because' but they give you cash back right away (other than a cheap one) without saying a word ..
From a sociological perspective (Or ethnology), IKEA and 'the perfect place not described by Marc Auge. there is no 'no difference from Toronto to Milan and even people behave the same way, almost all the differences being revoked from the place artificial (not just a place) of the department store Swedish yellow and blue.

Justin Bieber Fever
I took a tour before the concert and here are some photos of the crowd waiting to enter.
For people like me until a few days ago knew nothing about Justin, it's a Canadian boy born in 1994 when he was 12 he put on YouTube and a music video 'was noticed by producer Scooter Braun that launched him into the music market. Her first single "One Time" has climbed the charts and it 'was broadcast on radio stations around the world.
In June of this year, Justin started his first world tour with dozens of concerts in North America and beyond. My niece and Glory 'a big fan of Justin and I was infected with this passion, I now have all his songs in the iPod and I am curious of his career.
