The Memorial, in honor of Gian Luca Pimpinelli, a great lover of music and artist will have an annual event and the concert will be only a small part of a wider cultural and artistic project and that will have resonance throughout the territory.
At Memorial Pimpinelli 2 "will be presented a concert of music Blues with the extraordinary singer Kellie Rucker California, harmonica player and singer, is one of the most popular sidewomen and appreciated the blues scene in California, very active in both Europe and America, where he played with various bands.
The band that takes her to Italy and northern Europe is made up of three veteran musicians of European and other professionals for over three years alongside Kellie Rucker, Maurizio Pugno on guitar, bass and Mirco Capecci Bei Julian on drums.
Maurizio Pugno, Eugubino musician, is now serving the best contemporary musicians (Sugar Ray Norcia, Mark DuFresne, Lynwood Slim, Sax Gordon, Greg Piccolo, Kellie Rucker and many others). Together with Marco Meucci floor, Lucio Villani Gio Rossi on bass and drums (as well as numerous tours) is in fact just been completed the new project del chitarrista eugubino, sempre prodotto negli USA da Jerry Hall e registrato presso il teatro Comunale di Gubbio.
Al concerto parteciperanno anche Simona Venturi e Erica Anelli, due coriste dell’Associazione Musicale “Angels”, conosciuta per i loro musical “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “Il Gobbo di Notre Dame” ed i loro concerti di musica Gospel.
Lo spettacolo verrà introdotto dal Blues melodico dei Black Sheep: Sara Ceccarelli alla voce e Paolo Ceccarelli alla chitarra proporranno il loro personalissimo e raffinato tributo al blues, riarrangiando e facendo propri alcuni dei classici della storia del blues.

NIGHT BLUE Gubbio

The Cultural Association "Arts & Surroundings" presents the musical event "Night Blue at the proposed Project Largo to Youth "with a group of young musicians and music lovers Gubbio. The project, partly funded by the Young Largo, will be built in the square Higgs Monday July 20th from 21:00 to 23:30 and will continue within the "MoMA Café" with a jam session open to all musicians Gubbio. The event has become a favorite of several sponsors who will support the initiative. The evening will be devoted to the blues and you will see some young artists work Gubbio (the Black Sheep with their tribute to the women of the Blues and the Lazy Step with their Delta Blues and origins) who meet and coaching professionals international character as a singer in Los Angeles Lynwood Slim (in the one on the European tour Umbra is about to leave together all'eugubino Maurizio Pugno). The entrance to the event is free.
